FAQ, shipping and returns
What a quote covers, how shipping is priced, what can go back, and how we predict fit. Anything specific to your parts is written on your quote.
- How does a quote work?
- Pick your vehicle, build the package or describe the look you want, and send it with your ZIP code. A person reads it, runs the fit, and replies within one business day with the exact wheels, tires and lift, the price of each piece and of the set, shipping to your door, and anything that needs trimming. Nobody asks for a card until you approve that quote.
- What does the quote include?
- Every line install day needs: wheels, tires, lift or leveling kit, TPMS sensors, the lug kit, hub-centric rings and mounting and balancing when you want the set shipped ready to bolt on. Each is its own line so you can leave any of them off.
- How is shipping priced?
- Per package, to your ZIP, on the quote. Wheel and tire sets ship freight or in individual boxes depending on the distributor's warehouse closest to you, and that decides the price, so we do not print a flat rate.
- Can I return wheels or tires?
- Unmounted, undriven parts in their original packaging can usually go back under the distributor's return policy, which is stated on your quote along with any restocking fee and return freight. Test-fit wheels on the vehicle before tires are mounted. Once a tire is mounted, or a wheel has been driven on, it generally cannot be returned, which is exactly why we check the fit first.
- How accurate are the fit predictions?
- They are estimates from the vehicle's factory geometry (bolt pattern, hub bore, stock wheel size and offset) plus the clearance each lift height allows, cross-checked against owner builds where we have them. Vehicles marked 'not verified' have no checked spec yet. Confirm with your installer before you buy, and tell us on the quote if your vehicle has aftermarket fenders, flares or a lift we should know about.
- Do you install?
- We are a Texas shop and ship nationwide. If you are in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, ask on your quote and we will tell you what we can mount or recommend an installer near you.
- Do you offer financing?
- Not yet. When a financing option is live it will be on the quote and on this page, with the real terms, not before.
- What vehicles do you cover?
- Every make and model sold in the US since 1932 is in the picker. Trucks, Jeeps, SUVs and cars. Detailed fit guides exist for the vehicles people ask about most, and any vehicle without one can still be quoted by hand.
- What if a wheel is listed as 'ships to order'?
- It is not in a warehouse today and the distributor builds or restocks it. The quote gives you the expected lead time before you commit.
